Please email email@example.com with the product name (for example, CSV2QBO, PDF2QIF, etc.) you are using, PC or Mac, which accounting software are you importing into (Quickbooks, Quicken, XERO, Quickbooks online, etc), and version/year/country and PC or Mac (for example, Quickbooks 2013 US on PC) and describe the issue.
Please email FROM the email used with the order if you already the order placed or provide email used with the order.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details about your accounting software name, year and version and files your are trying to convert (and converted files you are trying to import).
